A JOINT VENTURE WITH THE SECOND ACT LITERACY FOUNDATION INC
The general terms of the Joint Venture are as follows:
1. The purpose of this joint venture is to create an endowment for "The Second Act Literacy Foundation Inc" (an Idaho nonprofit charitable 501(c)(3) corporation)
2. The expiration date of the joint venture is sixty (60) months from the date of the agreement unless terminated earlier.
3. It is mutually understood that VCL is a software program designed to analyze forex market conditions and execute trades automatically based on predefined mathematical rules. VCL is not a stock, bond or other type of financial instrument and "The Second Act Literacy Foundation Inc" is not a financial advisor, making investment recommendations, or selling a financial instrument.
4. The cost of purchasing a license to lease VCL on one account (either IRA or regular) for sixty (60) months is $1,000.
5. A software licensing agreement will be executed by both parties that will specifically define VCL's uses and limitations.
6. Our responsibilities in the joint venture are:
- Your lease payment will allow you to use VCL on one (1) account (IRA or regular) for sixty (60) months.
- We will assist you, as needed, in opening a brokerage account to trade Forex with a firm regulated and licensed in the United States. We will also help you obtain a Virtual Process Server (VPS) so you can run VCL without concern of electrical or internet outages.
- We will install the VCL program on the VPS
- We will provide you with technical support for sixty (60) months
7. Your responsibilities in the joint venture are:
- Pay the licensing fee of $1,000
- For transparency, and so you can make an intelligent and informed decision about the suitability of VCL in meeting your monetary objectives, you agree to use VCL for a 30-day trial period with virtual money. At the conclusion of the 30-day trial period should you decide that VCL is not in alignment with your goals, you agree to inform the Second Act Literacy Foundation Inc of your decision in writing. Upon receipt of your notice the licensing fee of $1,000 will be refunded to you, your copy of VCL will be deleted, and the joint venture terminated.
